HiFi Projx provides owner-side construction consulting services across commercial, retail, restaurant, fitness, and entertainment projects, along with multi-site development and program management. That range covers everything from a single build-out to a national rollout, and the work stays the same at its core: protect the owner's investment, drive the schedule, and deliver on expectations.

Our experience spans more than 25 years in construction and development. We've priced work as a trade contractor, managed the work as a General Contractor, and led development programs as the owner. Most of that career has been owner-side, leading construction, design, and facilities programs for growing brands and established operators alike.

HiFi Projx brings judgment and execution that only comes from experienced repetition. We know what a lease or work letter is actually obligating you to and the risk you're undertaking when signing it. We know which scope gaps show up as change orders, and how to close them at the bid table instead. We know when a schedule is optimistic and when it's fiction.
